Step 3: College Orientation (CORE STEP)

All new and returning students regardless of educational goal, must first complete Orientation followed by Testing before meeting with a Counselor. 

Orientation covers MJC resources, services, rules, regulations, and how to register for classes.  

Note: You will not be permitted to meet with a Counselor until you have first completed Orientation in ONE of the below formats followed by Assessment Testing.

  • Once you complete Orientation online and assessment testing, please contact Counseling at 209-575-6080 to schedule an advising session.
